Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location was perfect, just a street away from 5th Ave and two streets away from Times Square, making it an excellent choice for exploring tourist spots. The rooms were cozy but lacked windows, which made them a bit noisy and cramped, especially for two adults and an infant. The service was top-notch with extremely helpful and friendly staff, offering convenient amenities like room service and pet amenities. The dining options were unimpressive and overpriced, but the hotel's facilities were modern and satisfactory.
The hotel was small, however, it was big enough for our needs. Rooms weren't topped up with facilities each day, and some felt really too small with no natural light. The service was very helpful indeed, and some staff were not friendly. The location was classy, clean, and generally a nice place to be. Dining was not available when I went down, and some aspects were outsourced.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and larger than expected, although I would have preferred a shower screen instead of a curtain in a 4-star hotel. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The location was fantastic, central yet away from the noisy parts, making it convenient for sightseeing in Times Square. The dining options were satisfactory, especially during breakfast. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor room size preferences.
The hotel offers small and cozy rooms with nice furnishings and a clean bathroom. While lacking natural light, they make up for it with great water pressure and a comfortable bed. The service was friendly and professional, going above and beyond for guests. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Times Square. The dining was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Overall, it's a decent stay for its value.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location was perfect for exploring Broadway and Times Square, the room was disappointing with a small size that wasn't accurately represented in the pictures and a strong unpleasant smell. The service, on the other hand, was excellent and made up for some of the room issues. The dining options were average, and some facilities were not available during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with some highlights and minor setbacks. The rooms, though tidy and comfortable, seemed smaller than expected, and I wished for another window to open. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering easy access to various attractions in the city. The service was a mix of experiences, from a hiccup during check-out to above-and-beyond assistance from Terrence. The facilities were adequate, though some were not available due to the current circumstances.
Despite the room lacking natural light and being slightly outdated by New York, the location was perfect for tourists and offered easy access to key attractions like Broadway and 5th Ave. The service from the staff, particularly Joanne, was exceptional and made the stay truly wonderful.
The hotel offers a good-sized room at a great price in a terrific location, though the room was in a stairwell. The service was excellent with staff accommodating our requests, but there was an unpleasant incident with other guests. The location is right in the heart of NYC, providing diverse food and entertainment options, though the room's view was very close to adjacent buildings, creating a claustrophobic feeling. The dining had to be ordered into the room and was outsourced, resulting in some issues, while the facilities were basic but functional.
The hotel room was smaller than shown in the photo, about half the size, which made it feel dark and claustrophobic for the intended use of sitting and working. Despite being smaller than expected, it still offered a great price considering the location. The service was exceptional with super nice and helpful staff, always ready to assist, even offering to move us. The location was excellent, central yet away from the noisy part, making it perfect for various agendas. The dining options were limited and had to be ordered into the room using non-working coupons, impacting the overall experience.
The hotel looked larger than in pictures but was a bit stuffy, and it could do with providing more towels. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Terrence who went above and beyond. It was a great location in the heart of midtown Manhattan, making it easy to walk to many attractions.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, although lacking natural light. The staff was decent but not overly friendly. The location was superb, within walking distance of key attractions, but I faced extra charges for currency conversion. The dining options were limited to breakfast only. Overall, a satisfactory stay with some drawbacks.
Upon check-in, I had to pay an extra $50 for a room as they claimed my reserved one was unavailable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, albeit looking larger in photos than in reality. The service was exceptional, with chill and helpful staff, notably Terrence going above and beyond. The location was convenient, being near Times Square but with claustrophobic views. Dining options were limited but included for vegetarians. Some facilities were available, with a few disappointments.
